Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and govern assigned end-to-end manufacturing process and global process architecture.
  • •Define global standards, controls, roles, decision rights, and manage deviations and process changes.
  • •Assess current-state processes and lead cross-site standardization, simplification, waste reduction, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • •Translate process designs into business, data, system, and control requirements; partner with Digital & Technology for approved global process enablement.
  • •Define and monitor process KPIs and compliance targets; report performance, risks, dependencies, and roadmap progress; lead process communities and adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, process excellence, business transformation, or digital implementation.
  • •Demonstrated ownership or leadership of end-to-end processes across functions or sites.
  • •Proven experience in process design, standardization, governance, implementation, and continuous improvement.
  • •Experience partnering with technology teams on Manufacturing Execution, ERP, planning, quality, maintenance, or warehouse solutions (preferred).
  • •Strong written and spoken English; Thai or other site languages are an advantage.
