Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with payroll processing, including time records, timesheet input, paycheck generation/distribution, and payroll transmission.
  • •Compute pay and payroll liabilities and ensure timely, accurate federal and state payroll payments and employee deductions.
  • •Enter and manage garnishments in Costpoint, make garnishment payments to agencies, and handle related inquiries.
  • •Review personnel records for names, rates of pay, and occupation changes; update payroll registers/files for new or adjusted pay rates.
  • •Support monthly payroll closing, maintain filing and payroll reporting, process bonus checks, update leave records, and resolve payroll errors/complaints.
