Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and establish the Master Project Timeline with Contractor(s) and the A&E design team based on the Critical Path and key achievements.
  • •Review and support construction, commissioning, and owners team with technical implementation of data hall systems (e.g., hot aisle containment, mechanical cooling, server floor infrastructure) and related coordinations.
  • •Support contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis, and recommendations.
  • •Manage cost and change control, including change order review, negotiation, submittals, RFI review, invoices/payments, and lien releases.
  • •Coordinate and manage owner-direct vendors, confirm safe construction practices, and initiate closeout processes with document control and completion requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 170,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) and a minimum of 3-5 years of related project experience, or 10+ years of related mechanical experience without a degree.
  • •Technical project management or coordination experience in mission critical or industrial facilities project management.
  • •Ability to operate standard office suite applications, with some knowledge of BIM or ACC and P6 to assist in cost and issue management.
  • •Demonstrated ability to oversee vendor compliance to construction agreements.
  • •Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
