Foreperson

Lead and support a solar installation crew of 3–6 members, ensuring safe, high-quality, and productive work on residential and small commercial projects. Organize and train installers, manage construction workflow, maintain project documentation, and keep consistent customer relations throughout installations. Analyze and resolve worker issues, provide feedback to management, and perform service calls when needed, stepping in as acting supervisor/manager in the absence of leadership.
