Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain organized electronic and physical document control systems, including receiving, logging, and distributing documents to relevant departments.
  • •Ensure documents are properly labeled, classified, stored, and that the latest revisions are available to authorized users.
  • •Facilitate document review and approval workflows by tracking progress and meeting deadlines.
  • •Perform regular audits and quality checks, and generate reports/metrics (document status, distribution, access logs).
  • •Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents, provide training/support on document control procedures, and support HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years working experience, including 2 years relevant document control/records experience.
  • •Knowledge of ISO documentation standards and records management principles and procedures.
  • •Proficiency using spreadsheets, database, and word processing, and selected job-specific software.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
  • •Good working knowledge of English (written and verbal).
