Manager, Transformation & Business Acceleration

Lead transformation and business acceleration initiatives by partnering with Transformation & Business Acceleration and sales business units to roll out a new wholesaler management mechanism. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to define strategic goals, run internal dry-run simulations to validate mechanism and financial impact, and build 360-degree intelligence for wholesalers. Set recruitment criteria and internal processes, and work with HR and teams to deliver trainings and support wholesalers through HQ and regional execution.
