Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end test strategy from DFT assessments through mass production readiness for next-generation hyper-scaler AI high-end routers.
  • •Develop and deploy automated board and system-level functional test processes at global contract manufacturing sites to maximize coverage and efficiency.
  • •Create Python-based test automation scripts and use data analytics to improve test capacity, yield, and overall product quality.
  • •Act as the expert for product failure analysis and fault isolation, guiding debug at both component and system levels.
  • •Collaborate with global cross-functional teams across Hardware, Software, and Supply Chain to support proto-builds and coordinate production ramp.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, or Computer Science Engineering.
  • •10+ years of relevant experience in product test and validation in a multinational corporate environment.
  • •Strong understanding of hardware development processes from concept to end-of-life, including manufacturing test solutions like ICT and Boundary Scan (BSCAN).
  • •Proficiency in Ethernet technologies (10/100/400/800G) and hardware protocols including I2C, SPI, PCIe, and SerDes.
  • •Advanced Python scripting skills with experience building automated test frameworks and analytics-driven improvement processes.
