Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement processes to monitor stakeholder satisfaction with key suppliers.
  • •Recommend and execute sourcing category targets to maximize value across spend, revenue, purchasing efficiency, and supplier management.
  • •Drive cost management by identifying category savings/revenue levers, utilizing scorecards and should-cost models.
  • •Lead or participate in negotiations, including RFQ-based bundled negotiation and development/monitoring/enforcement of contracted terms and conditions.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver strategic solutions, represent Procurement with a customer-centric approach, and build partnerships for supply chain efficiency and resilience.

Key Requirements

  • •Analyze sourcing trends for assigned categories and make recommendations to maximize value (revenue, spend reduction, purchasing efficiency, and supplier management).
  • •Develop and validate category strategies with Global and Regional Category Managers and internal partners, including supplier segmentation and goal-setting.
  • •Identify and evaluate category-specific savings and revenue levers, driving category savings/revenue and scorecard metric targets.
  • •Provide market intelligence and category price trends to internal stakeholders and apply should-cost models benchmarked to the global marketplace.
  • •Lead or participate in negotiations for contract extensions, renewals, price renegotiations, and supplier transfers, incorporating savings targets and contract requirements.
