Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete Loula’s interest form to start the partnership process.
  • •Provide birth and postpartum doula support to insured families.
  • •Maintain required qualifications such as CPR, HIPAA training, and liability insurance (or work with Loula to get set up).
  • •Participate in screening and introductory conversations with Loula’s team to assess fit.
  • •Engage with Loula’s referral/matching program and work as an independent contractor in a non-exclusive network.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Completed 16 hours of birth doula training and attended 3 births as a doula, OR 5 years of experience as a doula with 3 letters of recommendation.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
  • •If you don’t yet have CPR, HIPAA, liability insurance, or letters of recommendation, you can still reach out for support setting them up.
