•Guide product customization initiatives, balancing technical feasibility, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
•Develop, implement, and maintain systems that support efficient manufacturing and technical data management.
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency across the value stream.

Key Requirements

•Experience leading value streams or complex manufacturing operations in an industrial or technical environment.
•Strong understanding of continuous improvement principles and process optimization methodologies.
•Experience working with ERP systems and managing technical or production data.
•Ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at different levels.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, supported by a data-informed mindset.
