Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and ensure execution of project HSE activities, continually observing site work to meet HSE requirements under the Project HSE plan and HSEMS.
  • •Develop and implement field emergency response procedures and evacuation plans to support safe evacuation.
  • •Provide HSE training and awareness programs (including incident prevention, first aid, and safety precautions) and run daily toolbox talks and monthly orientations.
  • •Identify hazards and unsafe conditions/practices daily, raise observation reports, address violations, and record corrective measures.
  • •Maintain HSE documentation and reporting (daily/weekly/monthly), including risk assessment development and communication, inspection/log updates for tools, equipment, and mobile plants.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant HSE experience (2 years GCC experience is a plus).
  • •Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
  • •Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and hazard analyses and developing mitigation strategies.
  • •Ability to investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • •NEBOSH Diploma or related technical certificates; ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills required.
