Job Summary

Join the Platform Integrations team as a Staff Backend Engineer to design and deliver scalable client onboarding data solutions. You’ll build and optimize data workflows, own architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product and Client Solutions to enable clients to bring their data into Addepar’s platform. Experience with Python/Java, PySpark, and AWS is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate multi-functionally with Product, Client Solution teams, and other engineering teams to deliver holistic client onboarding solutions.
•Write well-designed and tested code to solve complex engineering problems.
•Lead individual projects including ownership of areas such as technical solution and architecture design, timeline and estimation, coding and implementation.
•Communicate technical ideas and steer direction on projects from an engineering standpoint.
•Mentor and guide other engineers on the team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 234,000 annually

•7+ years of experience as a software engineer, preferably with Python and/or Java.
