Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead configuration, deployment, and optimization of Unity Maintain/Cityworks solutions for airport clients.
  • •Design and configure asset hierarchies, work order management, service requests, inspections, preventive maintenance programs, and workflows.
  • •Configure user roles, permissions, security settings, and business rules; support upgrades, testing, enhancements, and production deployments.
  • •Configure and support integrations with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise and support digital twin initiatives, spatial analytics, and asset visualization.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor for client requirements, training, documentation, and change management; support business development/proposal efforts as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in GIS, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Asset Management, or a related field plus 6 years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
  • •3+ years implementing, configuring, administering, or supporting Trimble Unity Maintain/Cityworks.
  • •Strong understanding of asset management, CMMS/EAM solutions, work order management, and preventive maintenance programs.
  • •Experience with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise and relational databases (SQL Server preferred).
  • •Familiarity with FAA Part 139 requirements and airport operations (and Cityworks Respond/PLL is a plus).
