Key Responsibilities

  • •Secure all gates and buildings and patrol the premises, including sounding alarms and notifying authorities in emergencies
  • •Verify only authorized individuals enter and check gate passes and departing vehicles to prevent theft
  • •Greet customers at the gate and provide prompt, courteous service; resolve complaints and de-escalate when needed
  • •Watch and report irregularities such as fire hazards and unsecured doors or leaking pipes
  • •Maintain safety and security records (keys/codes), emergency phone lists, and equipment operating conditions; perform other assigned duties
