Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to applicable health, safety, environment, quality, finance, HR, and other company regulations for the role.
  • •Support development and implementation of Kansanshi total rewards strategy and translate priorities into reward solutions.
  • •Conduct job evaluation and reward architecture (job grading, job families, career levels) including advice on grading/regrading decisions.
  • •Manage compensation benchmarking and market intelligence (remuneration surveys, pay positioning, compression/inversion/equity risks) and support salary review and merit processes.
  • •Design and review incentive schemes and benefits/total reward components; perform reward analytics, budgeting support, and scenario analysis with Finance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, finance, economics, industrial psychology, or related field.
  • •Professional HR qualification or membership in a recognised professional body (e.g., ZIHRM).
  • •5–8 years of relevant experience in compensation, reward management, or HR analytics.
  • •Demonstrated experience in job evaluation, salary structures, and market benchmarking.
  • •Experience in incentive design and benefits management using compensation data for business decisions.
