Job Summary

Join Etched as a Power Systems Design Engineer to develop high-power supply solutions for processor applications. You will design multi-phase power rails from 48V input, select and qualify components with vendors, perform PCB IR drop and power loss simulations, and contribute to large BGA power delivery and thermal management. This in-person role supports San Jose and Taipei teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop advanced power supply solutions to support extremely high power demands for processor applications, ensuring performance, efficiency, and reliability
•Collaborate with power supply vendors to select, design, and qualify components and solutions, maintaining alignment with design specifications and project goals
•Demonstrate expertise in multi-phase power solutions for low-voltage processors to ensure stable and efficient power delivery
•Develop and optimize power conversion from 48V input to lower voltage outputs for high-power processors, enhancing overall system performance
•Conduct detailed PCB IR drop and power loss analysis, using simulation tools to validate and optimize power distribution networks

Key Requirements
