Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and prioritise AOG notifications to minimise operational disruption.
  • •Manage end-to-end AOG events to ensure timely material support and minimise aircraft downtime.
  • •Identify required parts, tools, equipment, and documentation and arrange urgent sourcing via stock, procurement, loan, exchange, pool, transfer, or repair solutions.
  • •Coordinate with internal teams and external providers (e.g., OEMs, MROs, pool providers, vendors) to expedite materials, repairs, logistics, and technical support.
  • •Monitor, record, and track AOG cases, including event logs, handovers, status updates, cost tracking, repair progress updates off-hours, and post-AOG reviews for root causes and improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (3+ years) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Fluent in English.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in aircraft materials, AOG support, or airline maintenance/materials operations handling time-critical AOG requirements in a 24/7 environment.
  • •Systems knowledge of aviation ERP/maintenance systems such as AMOS, TRAX, or equivalent, plus proficiency in Microsoft Excel and shipment tracking tools (if applicable).
  • •Certification in aviation materials, supply chain, or logistics is preferred.
