Key Responsibilities

  • •Transition services from one operating entity to another and oversee service transition activities until handover.
  • •Manage allocated transition work including budgets, schedules, and coordination of transition status meetings and reports.
  • •Direct end-to-end service transition and transformation projects using delivery models and tools.
  • •Monitor and report performance, progress, and risks; act as escalation point for the customer during transition.
  • •Ensure know-how transfer, quality gates, and that project documents are complete, current, and properly stored.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT/Finance/Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
  • •Minimum 5-10 years of experience in IT project and transition management.
  • •Experience managing customer-specific IT projects and applications/systems.
  • •Proven record managing projects with 100 FTE or more.
  • •Strong German and English skills, plus ITIL Service Transition / PRINCE2 / PMP certification is an advantage.
