Job Summary

Drive field sales performance across a defined territory by analyzing market and customer needs, building sales pipelines, and developing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Manage channel sales via distributors, increase brand footprint through customer and converter engagement, and provide inputs to S&OP with forecast and inventory insights. Maintain customer records in Salesforce.com/Quip, support complaint resolution inputs, and ensure accurate price-list updates and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Meet sales targets by conducting market and customer needs analysis and creating innovative strategies.
•Follow up on new leads and build and grow a detailed sales pipeline for monthly, quarterly, and annual performance.
•Engage with distributors and converters to manage channel sales and identify new opportunities to expand the brand footprint.
•Create and manage customer value proposition plans and execute a strategic sales plan within the assigned territory, including daily visit reporting.
•Maintain customer records and support commercial excellence activities, including complaint resolution inputs and updating customer price lists.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 6 years of relevant external field sales experience in a two-tier interaction model (converters and end-users), plus customer service experience.
•Fluent in English and Arabic.
•Sound knowledge of print applications and active problem solving for production issues raised by customers.
•Understanding of the local UAE market and customer base.
