Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead the team by hiring, training, retaining, and counseling team members while educating them on benefits, compensation, and company policies.
  • •Maintain daily production order fulfillment, including accurate shipments, record keeping, inventory rotation, and proper product coding.
  • •Ensure all workstations on the line are staffed before startup and guide workstation/workflow rotations during the shift.
  • •Oversee processing operations and coordinate with other supervisors to solve problems.
  • •Promote daily safety and conduct/participate in monthly safety meetings, ensuring machinery performs and workstations pass USDA inspection.
