Research Engineer, Machine Learning (RL Velocity)

Build and improve the RL training infrastructure on the RL Velocity team to accelerate researchers. Identify bottlenecks across the RL stack, collaborate with researchers and adjacent engineering teams, and own the reliability and performance of research runs end-to-end, shaping how Anthropic does RL at scale.
