Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide independent risk advisory and technical leadership when assessing the design, development, and scalability of cloud-native systems against SRE best practices.
  • •Challenge and evaluate current and proposed cloud engineering practices for automation, resiliency, performance, and monitoring.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor on SRE pillars, including SLI/SLO maturity, error budgeting, toil reduction, and CI/CD release engineering.
  • •Drive modern technology and AI integration to optimize reliability and automation across cloud-native architectures and container stacks.
  • •Conduct independent risk reviews (cloud infrastructure, software delivery lifecycles, observability architectures) and deliver data-driven risk materials to senior management and executives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 229,900 - 262,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • •At least 6 years of experience managing, consulting, auditing, or working in software engineering, site reliability engineering, or information technology
  • •At least 3 years of experience with cloud implementations (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • •At least 2 years of experience with open-source programming languages
  • •Experience providing technical leadership and advisory/oversight over SRE and reliability practices
