Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape the technical direction of Research Flow by translating product ambitions into architecture and delivery priorities.
  • •Lead and deliver complex AI engineering work across prototyping to production, including generative AI applications, RAG, and agentic workflows.
  • •Build scalable AI foundations: ML services/workflows, reliable batch and real-time pipelines, and retrieval/vector patterns.
  • •Set AI quality standards through evaluation strategies, automated benchmarks, and connecting offline evaluation to production monitoring.
  • •Raise engineering standards across teams with reusable patterns for building, testing, deploying, observing, and operating AI systems while mentoring others.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience building and operating machine learning or AI systems in production, with technical leadership beyond your own projects.
  • •Track record of leading complex engineering initiatives across teams to measurable production outcomes, from ambiguous requirements to delivery.
  • •Strong Python and software engineering skills, with ability to contribute directly to production code.
  • •Experience designing production services and APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI.
  • •Practical experience with generative AI applications (LLMs, RAG, tool use, agentic systems) and enterprise RAG evaluation, monitoring, and retrieval architecture.
