Serve as the primary liaison for pipeline imbalance resolution, troubleshoot scheduling-related customer issues, and supervise gas volumes to evaluate and reduce imbalances. Track and communicate pipeline maintenance schedules, manage relationships with pipeline and scheduling representatives, and coordinate with Pipeline Control as needed to ensure operational integrity.
