Key Responsibilities

  • •Sand, clean, mask, and paint Terra-Tran units, power units, field returns, and fabricated components for final finishing.
  • •Prepare surfaces correctly, including feather edging and masking transformer accessories to prevent paint coverage.
  • •Monitor and adjust spraying conditions (pump pressures, heater temperatures, air/fluid pressures) and measure paint viscosity when required.
  • •Maintain the spray booth and equipment by changing filters, cleaning booth areas, and cleaning/lubricating spray guns after shifts.
  • •Record serial numbers for repainted units, procure paints from the paint room, and operate equipment to move units into the booth.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (General Education Degree) is required.
  • •Previous industrial, manufacturing, or automotive spray-painting experience.
  • •Able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
  • •No relocation benefit offered; candidates within a 50-mile radius of Waukesha, WI will be considered.
  • •Be able to obtain and maintain medical clearance for respirator use required for the painting operation.
