Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet or exceed store sales and profit targets by owning KPI and individual performance goals and using available store resources.
  • •Serve and sell to customers while executing Brand Customer Service standards and acting as a brand ambassador.
  • •Execute visual merchandising and in-store communication standards, including quick processing of merchandise deliveries and replenishing fixtures.
  • •Complete cash register transactions quickly and accurately and minimize loss in the stockroom and sales floor.
  • •Adhere to store policies and procedures, work safely and efficiently, and complete training with continuous improvement through coaching.

Key Requirements

  • •High school education is required.
  • •Preferably 6 months working in a sports/fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment.
  • •Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
  • •Execute Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers’ expectations.
  • •Complete all applicable training programs and apply learning on the job.
