Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with leadership to define and execute transformation objectives aligned to strategic goals.
  • •Develop and manage frameworks to track transformation initiative progress, including roadmaps and project charters.
  • •Oversee end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives within scope and budget and establish governance structures.
  • •Act as the central point of contact across departments, driving adoption and delivering regular updates to senior leadership.
  • •Manage resource allocation, risks, mitigation, and performance of team leaders/initiative owners while supporting continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Business Administration, Chartered Accountant, or related field.
  • •7+ years of experience in project management, business transformation, or change management.
  • •Experience in professional services, preferably management consulting or investment banking.
  • •3+ years of experience in logistics field (added bonus).
  • •Strong knowledge of transformation and change management frameworks such as Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma.
