•Build EHR integrations across FHIR and HL7 interfaces
•Launch agents that handle thousands of real patient interactions daily

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of software engineering with a track record of shipping production code
•Proficiency in Python; comfortable reading and writing across the stack
•Strong experience with APIs, third-party integrations, and working across multiple systems
•Excellent communication — you can explain a gnarly integration issue to a physician or an ops director
• Comfortable with ambiguity; you build forward when the path isn’t clear
