Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and operate the sales incentive platform as business owner, including configuration, data flows, integrations, access, releases, vendor management, system performance, and issue resolution.
  • •Translate plan mechanics into accurate, scalable, and auditable system logic, owning requirements, testing, production validation, and change control.
  • •Own compensation data and payout readiness end-to-end, including eligibility, assignments, quotas, territories, crediting, rates, tiers, accelerators, and payment outputs.
  • •Run recurring audits, reconciliations, and exception reviews; surface changes and root causes, and champion durable fixes with partner teams.
  • •Build quarterly sales compensation QBRs and executive-ready reporting, including dashboards and metrics to analyze effectiveness, payout-to-revenue alignment, and emerging risks.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in sales compensation, incentive compensation systems, analytics, or related financial/operational work with hands-on sales compensation ownership.
  • •Direct experience owning or administering an enterprise incentive compensation platform, moving between plan mechanics, system configuration, data validation, and stakeholder needs.
  • •Strong analytical skills to structure ambiguous problems, validate complex calculations, identify patterns, and connect findings to business behavior.
  • •Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, plus Tableau or Snowflake experience; SQL is strongly preferred.
  • •Understanding of sales compensation design and operations at scale, including quotas, crediting, eligibility, accelerators, plan documents, controls, and payout processing.
