Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee inbound operations and inventory management while coordinating with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, and custom brokers.
  • •Manage outbound activities for customer orders and outbound shipments, including follow-up with clearing and forwarding agents and monitoring turnaround time (TAT).
  • •Process and document letters of credit (LC) for shipments and coordinate transportation to destinations.
  • •Track shipments and update customers in a timely manner; cooperate with sales and warehouse teams for smooth shipment execution.
  • •Manage stock movement in the warehouse management system, perform monthly stock audits, and coordinate with CRM and credit teams for invoicing; prepare and maintain warehouse petty cash.

Key Requirements

  • •At least three years of relevant experience in logistics, import operations, or supply chain coordination.
  • •Strong familiarity with Egyptian customs procedures and regulatory platforms, including Nafeza, GOEIC, and NTRA.
  • •Good understanding of international shipping processes, Incoterms, freight forwarding, and customs clearance procedures.
  • •Experience in stock control, Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) management, Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing, inventory counts, and warehouse coordination.
  • •Proven ability to manage shipments from supplier dispatch through final delivery while coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.
