Coordinate investigations into potential claims fraud within a dedicated Claims Technical Centre of Excellence. Triaging fraud referrals, managing complex and high-value caseloads, and conducting desktop investigations help deliver fair, timely, and high-quality outcomes. Work closely with claims, underwriting, and external investigators, while monitoring investigation progress against service standards and providing evidence-based updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
