Senior Manager of Research and Development

Lead and execute R&D programs from early development through commercialization, shaping the R&D strategy and roadmap while coordinating internal and external collaborations. Serve as a scientific lead for microbiome products, overseeing formulation and delivery system development and troubleshooting experimental challenges. Manage and mentor a team of scientists, establish KPIs, and oversee multiple projects to meet milestones within budget. Collaborate closely across Executive, Clinical, Revenue, Data, Product, and Marketing teams and communicate progress to stakeholders.
