Key Requirements

  • •Ph.D. in Microbiology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field (or an M.S. with equivalent additional experience).
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of progressive R&D experience in the biopharma or biotech industry.
  • •At least 2-3 years in a management or team-lead role.
