Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or comparable experience, plus 8+ years of varied experience in software engineering or service delivery.
  • •Knowledge of network protocols and technologies, including system administration, network configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • •Scripting experience for automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python) and experience with cloud administration, IT asset management, automation tools, and/or SRE.
  • •Experience leading and mentoring technology operations teams, including managing multiple technology operations teams with strong relevant-technology expertise.
  • •Experience leading major incident bridge calls, managing escalations, driving incident resolution, and communicating with stakeholders.
