Key Responsibilities

  • •Coach teams on the application of relevant workers compensation legislation, standards of practice, regulations, and policies/procedures.
  • •Ensure data accuracy and adherence to regulatory and statutory timeframes within the team.
  • •Support achievement of KPIs, outcome measures, and return-to-work (RTW) targets.
  • •Review PIAWE, liability decisions, work capacity decisions, and other forms of entitlements/decisions.
  • •Help drive capability uplift through coaching and support in the workers compensation space.
