Senior Machine Learning Engineer, ML Efficiency

Build and lead efficiency work for Ads ML, making model training and inference faster, cheaper, safer, and more scalable. Own initiatives across training, inference/serving paths, and launch-readiness tooling, diagnosing bottlenecks with profiling, benchmarking, and observability. Create reusable performance tooling and guardrails, improve launch safety via load testing and cost/latency visibility, and mentor engineers while partnering with ranking teams, serving owners, and ML Platform.
