Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and maintain the engineering roadmap for feature development, technical improvements, maintenance, and production support aligned to ART objectives.
  • •Coordinate release planning for SRMx product customers, including dependency management and readiness tracking.
  • •Promote best practices for planning and release readiness, and drive continuous improvement across engineering processes.
  • •Facilitate cross-team collaboration and communicate status, risks, and updates to distributed teams and ART stakeholders.
  • •Track KPIs (predictability, defect rates, release success) and integrate AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in technology program management, technical analysis, or technical delivery roles (or equivalent), ideally in SaaS/enterprise software.
  • •Solid understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or similar scaled agile frameworks.
  • •Hands-on experience creating reporting dashboards and synthesizing insights.
  • •Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and cloud-based architectures.
  • •Ability to collaborate effectively, build consensus, and engage stakeholders with clear updates.
