Job Summary

Own performance optimization for the Kantori autonomous well construction platform by monitoring system performance, data quality, and connectivity. Ensure advisory tools and Intelligent Well Planning cases produce accurate recommendations, maintain live engineering data, and track KPIs in daily reports. Lead daily operational reviews, remotely monitor NOVOS behavior, troubleshoot access/data feed issues, and escalate technical problems with clear documentation to support rig and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor Kantori system performance, data quality, and connectivity to ensure smooth operation.
•Verify advisory tools (tripping/surge, hydraulics, hole cleaning, torque & drag, ROP, vibration) are functioning and producing accurate recommendations.
•Maintain and update live engineering data (well geometry, operating limits, operational constraints) and Intelligent Well Planning cases.
•Prepare daily performance reports with KPI tracking, activity coding, and optimization event documentation.
•Monitor NOVOS remotely, identify deviations/overrides, perform Level 1 troubleshooting, and escalate complex technical issues with documentation.
