Assist in budgeting, cost control and financial planning for real estate construction projects. You’ll prepare estimations, monitor valuations, support change orders, develop project budgets and cash flow forecasts, and collaborate with design and construction teams to drive cost efficiency and value engineering.

•Monitor, control and prepare Valuations.
•Participate to value engineering sessions.
•Prepare and analyse change orders.
•Develop the primary project budget.

Key Requirements

•Degree-qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveyor, Engineering, Architecture.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
•Knowledge and understanding of the component parts of a project and overall construction costs
•Ability to analyse and interpret commercial and technical project documentation
•Ability to use a range of IT packages including Microsoft Office
