Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide testing and evaluation for design, development, production, test, and sell-off of simulation training devices.
  • •Participate in system design phases, including requirements definition, and act as a subject matter expert.
  • •Manage hardware and software system integration and lead integration, test, and deployment activities.
  • •Lead all testing efforts—system and acceptance tests, configuration, scheduling, customer interface—and document results.
  • •Monitor and control program testing aspects for cost, schedule, and technical issues, including discrepancy review board management.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •SECRET security clearance required.
  • •6+ years of related experience.
  • •Knowledge of aircraft systems and the associated environment.
  • •Pilot experience preferably in Block 40/50 F-16 (current Guard or Reserve experience a plus).
  • •Ability to lead a team and effectively communicate technical concerns to customer and end-user communities.
