Key Responsibilities

  • •Process financial service transactions accurately and use transactions to deepen and expand client relationships.
  • •Identify and resolve more complex client servicing issues.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and provide tailored recommendations or transition clients to a Banker.
  • •Achieve individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, balance the cash drawer, and participate in branch huddles/debriefs; work Saturdays as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Experienced in developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
  • •Experienced in cash handling.
  • •General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
