Key Responsibilities

•Define testing strategy, governance, scope, and objectives for SAP and non-SAP projects, including developing test plans, cases, and scripts.
•Coordinate test environment setup and test data preparation.
•Lead SIT, UAT, and regression testing, including defect management and monitoring testing progress to deliver quality outcomes.
•Coordinate all testing types across the program scope, including test automation, performance, stress, and negative testing.
•Lead and mentor a group of testers, act as primary point of contact for testing/QA, and collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business teams while reporting status and conducting root cause analysis.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer/applied science, business, or related field.
•Minimum 10 years of progressive ERP testing experience, including experience leading technical teams.
•Strong functional knowledge of SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, HR) and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC, plus Ariba, SuccessFactors, and Concur.
•Expertise creating, executing, and tracking test cases/defects, including designing and managing testing flows across platforms.
•Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with strong communication and leadership skills.
