Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance by planning and coordinating Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering work across programs from design through manufacturing and product support.
  • •Create and maintain quality documentation (quality manuals and procedures) and support the quality management system.
  • •Drive continual improvement activities (e.g., 5S, Kaizen/lean) and support quality inspectors for compliance.
  • •Perform root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and lead corrective/nonconformance product resolution.

  • •Skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
