Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and drive HR processes and initiatives across both television stations, including staffing, performance management, compensation planning, succession planning, training and development, rewards and recognition, organizational effectiveness, and employee communication.
  • •Create and execute an employee relations strategy, and provide executive coaching and guidance to department leaders.
  • •Partner with business leaders on growth strategies and cost challenges; provide HR input to support business decisions.
  • •Collaborate with Labor Relations on collective bargaining, including resolving grievances and strengthening relationships with unions.
  • •Support organizational change and HR process improvements, including adoption of new technologies, workflows, staffing models, and organization structures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • •7+ years of professional HR experience.
  • •MBA or master’s degree preferred; HR certification desired.
  • •Previous employee relations/labor relations experience.
  • •Knowledge of HR disciplines including employment/labor laws, employee relations, performance management, organizational design, compensation philosophies, and OSHA/workplace safety.
