Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute AD’s creative development strategy for revenue-generating digital video across O&O, YouTube, social, and emerging platforms.
  • •Own the creative development pipeline from early-stage ideas and pilots through greenlight, launch, and franchise evolution.
  • •Develop original video IP and evolve successful franchises for scaling across platforms, formats, and global markets.
  • •Review treatments, scripts, rough cuts, and final cuts to establish and uphold a high creative bar and provide clear creative direction.
  • •Lead brainstorming and pitching with senior leadership, and collaborate with talent/casting and editorial teams to identify and develop internal and external talent.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 190,000 annually

  • •10+ years developing and producing premium original digital video, entertainment, or editorial programming, including leading creative development.
  • •Proven track record creating successful original formats, franchises, or series from concept through launch and iteration.
  • •Exceptional creative instincts, visual sensibility, and editorial judgment with strong understanding of what fits AD.
