Lead financial decision-making for a national line of business, partnering with the LOB CFO/EVP and profit center managers to analyze performance and growth opportunities. Own annual profit plan and rolling forecasts, drive metrics/variance analysis, and develop presentations to senior leadership. Manage planning and direction of departmental projects, oversee finance professionals, and ensure policies, risk responsibilities, and regulatory/ethical requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the financial leader for the line of business or staff function, coordinating with Bancorp Finance to meet financial goals.
•Analyze annual profit plan and rolling forecasts; evaluate business performance and recommend improvements with measurable outcomes.
•Partner with CFOs to develop metrics and variance analysis, and create/publish graphics and presentations for senior committees.
•Develop and implement policies and procedures; anticipate and resolve complex finance and accounting issues.
•Manage planning/direction of departmental projects and lead a large team of finance professionals, including training, recruiting, and performance feedback.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
•CPA or MBA preferred.
•Typically requires 10+ years of accounting or finance experience with strong financial planning experience.
•Previous experience across multiple lines of business, ALCO, corporate finance, or related experience is required.
•Proficiency with spreadsheet applications (e.g., Excel) and strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
