  • •Review, interpret, and create civil design drawings and technical documents, identify discrepancies, and provide practical solutions.
  • •Manage site surveys (geotechnical and ground/LIDAR) to support transmission line route determination and substation layouts.
  • •Coordinate with electrical, protection, commissioning, planning, and project management to resolve interface and constructability issues; support commissioning and handover safely and to specification.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and 6 years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
  • •Professional Engineering license (P.E.).
  • •Proven experience with site grading, drainage, roads, earthworks, and substation layout development and transmission access/alignment.
  • •Proficiency in AutoCAD or MicroStation for civil design and detailing.
  • •Understanding of substation site planning, transmission/substation access requirements, and integration with electrical layouts.
