Key Responsibilities

  • •Support PICO business leadership and the core management team to devise medium- and long-term strategies for AR, VR, and AI.
  • •Analyze strategic initiatives of mainstream companies and monitor shifts in technology trends, product evolutions, and organizational frameworks.
  • •Track and research emerging technology companies systematically.
  • •Explore investment, acquisition, or partnership opportunities proactively.
  • •Contribute to business model considerations, technological advancements, and content ecosystem development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field such as engineering or computer science, with ability to conduct in-depth technology strategy research.
  • •5+ years in strategy, research, product, or business development, preferably in consumer electronics, VR/AR, semiconductors, display & optics, or AI.
  • •Prior strategic work or research experience.
  • •Exceptional learning agility and a down-to-earth, practical mindset.
  • •Investment experience; preference for strategically oriented, not solely deal-driven approaches; hands-on AI work experience in a relevant industry context.
