Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft and produce core IR materials including shareholder letters, investor presentations, Q&A documents, and fact sheets.
  • •Run the operational side of the quarterly earnings cycle by coordinating timelines and keeping workstreams on track.
  • •Manage day-to-day investor and analyst inquiries in line with disclosure policies, including preparing briefing and Q&A materials for leadership.
  • •Help plan and coordinate investor events and meetings, including scheduling, materials, and logistics, and attend as needed.
  • •Maintain and update the investor CRM and contact database, tracking engagement and supporting institutional relationship building.

Key Requirements

  • •7-10+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or public company finance.
  • •Strong financial acumen with comfort using SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, Rule of 40) and translating them for investors.
  • •Excellent written communication skills to produce polished, accurate materials under deadline pressure.
  • •Strong project management instincts to manage timelines and proactively flag issues.
  • •Working knowledge of SEC disclosure requirements and public company communications norms (Reg FD, quiet periods, 10-K/10-Q, 8-K).
