Oversee operational performance across Advanced Solutions locations in Washington, Oregon, Montana, and Idaho. Lead and develop teams, drive branch efficiency and profitability, and ensure monthly safety and property audits. Manage district operations, support logistical needs, and monitor KPIs such as equipment utilization, warranty recovery, billed mechanical hours, receivables, and customer satisfaction. Recruit, train, and set measurable goals while maintaining a safe, compliant work environment with frequent regional travel.
