Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop business process deliverable program plans aligned to customer, business deliverable, and enterprise strategy.
  • •Guide and influence process re-engineering and technology implementation to enable redesign, innovation, and improved performance.
  • •Lead process performance management by defining control limits, monitoring KPIs, and reporting operational risks and deficiencies.
  • •Identify, own, execute, enhance, and align controls (including RCSA and operational risk components) to mitigate operational and compliance risks.
  • •Collect and consolidate demand, use data/analytics to inform performance insights, and drive continuous process improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree; or 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • •8 years of business process execution/knowledge/experience, consulting, and/or process engineering/optimization.
  • •Experience applying quality management, process improvement, and problem-solving tools and methodologies.
  • •Extensive hands-on experience with process mapping/modeling and creating and validating process documentation.
  • •Demonstrated experience with implementing and sustaining change/improvements, including process management and risk management practices.
